Tasmin Jahan

Tasmin Jahan is a British Asian playwright and the writer-director of the online British soap opera Crossing the Line. A prolific dramatist, she has written more than 500 full-length and short plays, with readings and productions in the United Kingdom and overseas, including the United States and Hong Kong.

In 2022 she completed a “365 plays in 365 days” project, writing one short play for every day of the year; Crossing the Line was born out of that project.

She is a member of Actors & Writers London and the Bread & Roses Theatre in London, a member of Fierce Backbone Theatre in Los Angeles, and a P.A.G.E.S. playwright in New York.
