Editorial Team

How the newsroom is organised

is built around clearly defined editorial responsibilities. This page sets out how our newsroom works — from leadership and section desks to the contributors, reviewers and photographers who report the story — with the emphasis on standards and process rather than personalities.

The publication comes first

Every role below exists to serve the reader and protect the integrity of our journalism. Assignments are made on editorial merit, coverage is produced under our published standards, and commercial relationships are kept entirely separate from editorial judgement. Our team is defined by what it is accountable for — not by individual profile.
