Editorial independence
Editorial decisions at are made solely by our editorial team. Advertising, sponsorship, affiliate relationships and commercial partnerships never influence our reviews, ratings, news coverage or critical commentary. Commercial and editorial operations are managed separately to protect the integrity of our journalism.
Conflicts of interest
Writers and editors disclose any personal, professional or financial relationship that could reasonably be seen to affect their objectivity. Where a relevant connection exists, we either disclose it within the coverage or reassign the work to an independent contributor.
Sourcing and fairness
We attribute information to its source, seek comment from those we report on where appropriate, and distinguish clearly between reporting, analysis and opinion. Reviews and criticism reflect the honest, independent judgement of named critics who stand behind their work.
Gifts, travel and press access
Accepting press access, screeners, review tickets or accreditation does not entitle any organization to favourable coverage. Where travel or access is provided in the course of reporting, we disclose it. Our coverage remains entirely at the discretion of our editorial team.
